CEDAR RAPIDS, IA – The City of Cedar Rapids will observe the Christmas holiday on Tuesday and Wednesday, December 24 and 25, 2019 and New Year’s holiday on Wednesday, January 1, 2020.  Most City offices will be closed those days.
