Purdue University Global - Cedar Rapids

A Part of the Local Community
The Cedar Rapids campus has its roots in Mason City, Iowa, where the main campus of Hamilton College has operated as a business career college since 1900. In 1980, the college opened a branch campus in Cedar Rapids, to allow more students to be part of the Hamilton educational experience. In 2007, all seven Hamilton College campuses became part of Kaplan University. That long and proud legacy continues to this day at Purdue University Global. Each campus maintains close ties within its community and surrounding communities, resulting in graduates employed throughout the Midwest
The Cedar Rapids campus is located in a newer commercial district in an expanding part of the city close to many of the companies that employ our graduates. Offering plenty of parking, we are also situated by bus line service. Our Cedar Rapids campus is a stand alone building, meaning that we have everything under one roof. That way, you don’t have to travel across the city to fulfill your educational requirements. With access to many diverse restaurants in the area, Purdue Global in Cedar Rapids is easily accessible from Highway 30 and Interstate 380.
