UCC is one of the preferred contractors at the University of Iowa, U of I Hospitals and VA Veteran’s Affairs facility in Iowa City. During our time with UCC we have completed some very large, prominent projects in the area. Some of the projects recently completed are the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital, The Voxman Music Building, The Madison Street Elizabeth Catlett Residence Hall, the Hilton Garden Inn, the University of Iowa Seamens Center Engineering Building expansion, Kirkwood Community College Regional Center and major remodel projects at Washington and Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids.
