Mike Hart and Douglas Frederick created Hart-Frederick Consultants P.C. (HFC) in 1996 by merging two businesses, Hart Engineering and Frederick Surveying & Engineering. They enjoyed a very successful partnership for eighteen years. In April of 2016 Tony Frederick became President and sole owner of HFC. Tony is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.).
HFC has an experienced team of Licensed Professional Engineers (P.E.), and Professional Surveyors (P.L.S.), as well as senior designers, construction technicians, survey crews, certified IDOT inspectors and administrative support staff.HFC's expertise includes years of professional engineering and consulting services to local governments and private developments and citizens. Specific work includes design, procurement, construction administration, construction observation, surveying, site development, subdivision design and review, grant applications, and planning assistance for various projects.
