Transportation in the Corridor

Don't have a ride?  No problem!  There are a lot of transportation alternatives in the corridor.

CAMBUS is the University’s public transit system that provides fixed-route service throughout the campus. For qualifying persons with disabilities, CAMBUS also provides a complementary demand-response service called the Bionic Bus. The services are no fare and available to the general public. 

Coralville Transit System - The Coralville Transit System is owned and operated by the City of Coralville.  Buses operate from 6:00 am to 11:45 pm, Monday through Friday and 7:15 am to 7:30 pm on Saturdays.  Schedules & Maps: View bus schedules and route maps.  Fares: View bus fares and pass information.  Find Your Bus: Bus on the Go (Bongo) allows bus riders to know their exact bus location and minimize wait time at the bus stop.  Bus locations and expected arrival times can be accessed by phone, text, online, and QR code. CRTransit - FREE FARE SATURDAYS!! EVERYONE RIDES FOR FREE ON SATURDAY!  Cedar Rapids Transit provides affordable, convenient, and safe transportation throughout the city.​ Routes:  Is there a bus within walking distance of your home?  LEARN MORE.
Iowa City Transit - Iowa City Transit operates every half-hour on most routes during "rush" hour, 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hourly service runs 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and all day Saturday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. There is no service on Sunday.  View the Listing of New Transit Rates
