Cedar Ridge Winery & Distillery

Cedar ridge wineryCedar Ridge Winery and Distillery is rooted right in the Corn Belt in Swisher, Iowa. Iowans understand the value of a hard day at the job, and that desire to unwind after it. From acres of Iowa grown grapes, to our unending bushels of corn straight from our fertile Midwestern soil, we put only the best into our wines and spirits – nothing else will do. Using nature as our ultimate guide, we age our whiskeys in a non-temperature controlled climate and allow for Mother Nature to guide the way.

If you’re ever in the area, we encourage you to stop by, kick back, and unwind with your favorite bottle of wine. And, if you happen to have a story from your day – we’re always here for you.

Cedar Ridge Vineyards is a family-owned winery, distillery and event space nestled in the beautiful Swisher countryside- a short drive from Cedar Rapids or Iowa City. Award-winning wines and internationally recognized spirits are produced on site at the only winery/distillery in Iowa. Proprietors are Jeff and Laurie Quint. Jeff also serves as Master Distiller and Winemaker. Cedar Ridge Winery produces wines from its own estate-grown grapes. Cedar Ridge Distillery also crafts its award-winning spirits in small batches in its European-engineered 80-gallon pot still. The lush 5,000 vines and nearly 15,000 square foot winery, distillery, tasting room and event center provide the highest quality wines, spirits and entertainment experience in the area.

Cedar Ridge brings you the first licensed distillery in the state of Iowa since the age of prohibition.
