Precautionary Water Boil Advisory Lifted 
The precautionary water advisory for Coralville north of I-80 has been lifted. Two sets of water lab tests indicated no contamination occurred during Tuesday’s water main break, and confirmed Coralville water meets all regulatory standards. The water is safe for drinking and cooking, and there is no need to run your water or change your water filter. City Budget Planning Open to the Public
City budget planning for Fiscal Year 2016 is underway at work sessions, which are open to the public and normally follow City Council meetings. The budget will be presented at the City Council meeting on February 10, with a public hearing on February 24.

Holiday Tree Recycling
Throughout January, the Solid Waste Department is collecting live holiday trees, wreaths, and swags curbside to be mulched for use on City trails.  Greens should be free of decorations, lights, bags, and stands. Learn more

WinterFest • Sunday, January 25, 1-4 pm
Warm up with free frosty fun and celebrate winter at the Iowa River Landing! Enjoy entertainment, horse-drawn trolley rides, ice sculpting, root beer tasting, and more. Non-perishable donations will be accepted for the Coralville Ecumenical Food Pantry. Learn more

Winter Water Ball Fights • Saturday, January 31, 11 am
Watch firefighters from throughout the Midwest compete in the 40th annual Winter Water Fights, hosted by the Coralville Fire Department at the Coralville Community Aquatic Center parking lot. Learn more
